In this unit Students will learn about: Islamaphobia, Sharia Law, stereotyping, British Values, Domestic violence and running away from home. Also, Boys body image with relation to media pressure and what life is like in Prison. Taught within the science curriculum: introduction to contraception
Additional lessons addressing specific needs:How to identify racism and understand why its unacceptable
|This is knowledge that students may have met before but will need to deepen their understanding||Most students will have previously studied aspects of Family - and repectful relationships and may have prior knowledge of gender identity and equality along with basic online safety|
