Presentation to East Lancashire Hospital Trust
On Wednesday 24th April our head students Emima and Fayaz attended Burnley General Teaching Hospital to deliver a presentation to the CEO, Chairman, lead consultants, doctors and nurses from East Lancs Hospital Trust.
The presentation showed the results of a survey that students from SJT and Blessed Trinity took part in to voice their opinions on the service East Lancs Hospitals delivered to children and young people.
The students did brilliantly and were praised for the professional delivery of their presentation.
The chairman was so impressed he invited them to take part in a future board meeting and also suggested that they come for further visits to give feedback on different departments of the hospital.
This was an amazing opportunity not just for the students but for the whole school to have our voices heard and be represented at such an important meeting.
Well done to Emima and Fayaz, we look forward to the next stage of this experience.
